The VTCT Level 2 Award in Wax Depilation has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in removing hair using waxing techniques. You will be shown how to apply a wide range of products during your treatment including warm and hot wax using both traditional methods and roller system covering the areas - Underarm, Lip, Chin, Eyebrows, Bikini Line and Half and full Leg . The units of study are:
- Health and Safety
- Client Care
- Waxing
This course is completed over 3 days. The majority of this time will be spent gaining and learning practical techniques to carry out the treatments in the salon working on real clients. You can choose to extend your study period up to 2 months.
There is also a theory content to ensure that you have the underpinning essential knowledge for each unit.
Home study is required to ensure that you meet the necessary criteria through our Online Classroom OlivElearn
This Course is fully accredited by VTCT - Vocational Training Charitable Trust, is a Government-approved awarding organisation.
Requirements: You will need to attend in a Salon Tunic and Trousers.
