There is also a theory content to ensure that you have the underpinning essential knowledge for each unit.

This course is ideal for those wishing to get a taster of basic nail art and incorporate it into their nail treatments. It is especially ideal for pre-16 students but not limited to those who enjoy the design and application of nail art.

Throughout the course you will be assessed by theory and practical assessments of your work; and will compile a portfolio of evidence.

No kit is required for this course however we do recommend that you purchase one to allow you to practise at home - your tutor will discuss this with you at the start of your course.

This qualification is approved and supported by the Hairdressing and Beauty Industry Authority (HABIA), the standard setting body for hair, beauty, nails and spa qualifications.
