Especially designed for Makeup artists who want to start making their own facial postiche !
This day workshop will show and teach you the techniques to design and make your own facial postiche such as a small goaty beard or moustache. You will learn how to design a suitable facial hair piece, make a simple pattern and learn the techniques to knot and weave the postiche. You will also learn about the different types of hair and other equipment available.
This workshop is designed to help you think about the overall look and what you want to achieve with the performer. It will also add a different set of skills to your makeup artistry.
You will work on the project start to finish within the workshop and may wish to to complete a further piece at home, which can be sent to us for assessment. You will also be able to produce a planning board of your work.
