The aim of this bridal makeup workshop is to add to your existing skills as a makeup artist to perfect your skills in the preparation for a wedding or special occasion application. The course is suitable for those who have a love of makeup but do not have formal makeup certification.
You will have a demonstration of bridal makeup and discover the techniques used to ensure that the makeup is long lasting. You will be taught how to identify and select different products and colours for wedding/bridal application.
This is a hands on workshop, so you should be prepared to act as both model and makeup artist to practise the application techniques discussed. It is expected that you will produce one chosen look and take part in a dressed photo-shoot to be able to extend your professional portfolio.
Bridal makeup is highly underestimated and requires different techniques to makeup it long lasting and flawless - learn these techniques on this workshop. You will learn how to prepare the skin using Dermalogica products prior to makeup application.
You will also have the chance to discuss different application processes and extension courses that will help your career further.
Participants will be emailed photographs of their final bridal outcome after the course.
This workshop can also be adapted to brides to be who wish to apply their own makeup on the day. Please ask for details.
