You will develop the advanced skills to carry out a thorough consultation, formulate an individual treatment plan and provide aftercare advice.
You will also study the background knowledge of shortwave diathermy, health and safety, cosultation and removal techniques.
This course is completed over 2 days with the majority of this time gaining and learning practical techniques to carry out the treatments in the salon working on real clients.
There is also a theory content to ensure that you have the underpinning essential knowledge prior to the practical sessions.

It is expected that you will have purchased or own an shortwave diathermy machine so that you can practise throughout your case studies after the course and continue with your practise at home - your tutor will discuss this with you at the start of your course.
