The VTCT Level 2 Award in Head Massage is aqualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in providing the relaxing and stress relieving treatment of head massage.   You will learn about the condition of the hair and scalp and classical massage techniques using oils.  
 
You will also gain knowledge of shampoos and conditioner being used in the process. You will also learn about the contra-indications to head massage, as well as the physiological benefits of the treatment.  The units of study are:

This course is completed in 2 days. The majority of this time will be spent gaining and learning practical techniques to carry out the treatments on real clients in our salon.
 
There is also a theory content to ensure that you have the underpinning essential knowledge for each unit.
 
Home study is required to ensure that you meet the necessary criteria through our Online Classroom OlivElearn.
 
This Course is fully accredited by VTCT - Vocational Training Charitable Trust, is a Government-approved awarding organisation.
 
Requirements: You will need to attend in a Salon Tunic and Trousers.
