Training Courses & Workshops
Our courses are accredited by the leading Hair and Beauty Awarding Bodies VTCT and Qualifi, and OFQUAL regulated. We also offer Professional Beauty Direct to ensure quality provision and student learning experiences. Our course fee includes any registration and administration; there are no exam fees. Our CPD Workshops offer skills updating opportunities and you will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Olive Training, whilst our Salon Mojo sessions offer you the chance to build confidence in a treatment where you might need a little help. Mostly importantly, we are student focused - so you can organise training to suit your circumstances so we can arrange to deliver the course you want at the time you want it!

Beauty Therapy, Nails & Salon Management
If you would love a career where you helped make people feel good and look their best, a job as a beauty therapist could be perfect for you.
Beauty therapists work in a range of settings such as salons, health spas or as mobile therapists where they carry out skincare, facial, nail and other body treatments on clients to help them look and feel better. Our courses are designed to train you to perform quality, professional treatments to industry standards.
Cosmetic, Special Effects and Media Makeup
If you love being creative and enjoy working with different products and cosmetics a career in makeup is for you.
As a make-up artist you would apply cosmetics, special effects and achieve an overall look or anyone appearing in front of a camera or a live audience. Holistic and Complementary Therapy

Complementary therapy offers a range of treatments that work holistically to treat the whole person to improve wellbeing. You can study indian head, nutrition, aromatherapy, reflexology and massage to enable you to work in health spas, on cruise ships or even in a medical setting. Hairdressing

Our Professional Beauty Direct accredited courses offer you a more affordable route to gaining a qualification in a specific skill area. Some of these courses are exclusive to us and off you a quality learning experience for you to upskill and offer new treatments to your clients and service menus.
Education and Training
If you are interested in teaching and assessing we definitely have the right course for you and you can choose the level level which suits your situation best. We also offer courses for internal quality assurance verifiers who wish to take on the role of moderating courses.

Our VTCT accredited Education and Training Courses offer you a high quality experience in how to assess learners, teach and deliver sessions and also how to internal assess the quality of provision. You will be trained by a tutor with over 20 years experience of teaching and quality assurance knowledge and expertise.
Treatment Tasters and Salon Refresher Sessions
Have you ever wanted to do a course but not been sure whether you will actually enjoy carrying out the treatment ? Have you lost the confidence in performing a treatment ?
Our Treatment Tasters allow you to sit with a treatment specialist and practice the treatment of your choice, discuss the pros and cons and will help you make the right decision about carrying out full training in that area.
Whilst our Salon Refresher Sessions are particularly good in updating your skills after a long break or where you last your confidence in offering that treatment in your salon. We can offer a bespoke service to ensure that you are ready to offer that treatment again to your clients professionally with confidence and a renewed vigour.
Online and Distance Learning
We understand that sometimes it just is not possible to attend a training course due to family or work commitments or the training school you wish to attend is some distance away; therefore we run a selection of courses through our Online Virtual Classroom OlivElearn. This means you can study when and where you want ! Some of our courses are blended programmes where you will do the majority of your study online and then you will meet with a tutor to undertake assessments.
You have full support from our tutors and can even contact other students studying your courses through our forums. Not only that , some attendance type courses have access to our Online classroom to a host of resources - there is absolutely no compromise on quality !!
Workshop Sessions
Our Workshops Sessions allow you to build on existing skills to make you a little bit more diverse in your chosen subject or treatment area, some can be classed as CPD. They may also be used to try things before your go ahead and book a full course. Some are fun things to try if you want something a little different. You will receive an Olive Training Certificate of Attendance.
